Not exact of original not as large, tucks in closer to body, original bumper is 69" end to end, with an 8 1/2" radius, this bumper is 64 3/4" with a 5 1/2" radius. both are 5" wide.
the rear bumper brackets bolt together, then they bolt to the OUTSIDE of the frame. Any other way will make it seem like the bumper is off.
